I understand that the information contained in the 4nannies.com/4HomeHelp.com web site is intended to provide parents with information to guide them as they conduct their search for a nanny. 4nannies.com/4HomeHelp.com does not guarantee results nor assume any liability for candidates or their backgrounds or performance. 4nannies.com/4HomeHelp.com is a classified advertisement. 4nannies.com/4HomeHelp.com does not verify any of the information that nannies and parents provide. I understand that 4nannies.com/4HomeHelp.com has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of prospective employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of the nanny candidates to fill job openings. 4nannies.com/4HomeHelp.com is not involved in the actual transactions between prospective employers and the respective nanny candidates. As a user, I am solely responsible for the screening of all candidates for employment. 4nannies.com/4HomeHelp.com is not a qualified tax authority, employment attorney, insurance broker or medical expert. Questions specific to the law, tax, insurance or medical issues should be directed to individuals experienced in those fields. I further understand that the total responsibility of screening, selecting and supervising a nanny rests with the parents.

MEMBERSHIP FEES
Family Membership at 4nannies.com/4HomeHelp.com requires payment of a subscription-based fee. I understand that this membership is granted to me alone, and that I am specifically prohibited from sharing my membership benefits, including account numbers and passwords, with any other parties. I further understand that this membership fee is a site use fee, non-contingent on my hiring a nanny. Membership fees, denominated in US Dollars, are due and payable in advance.
CANCELING AND REFUNDS
Refunds are ONLY issued in the case of credit card fraud or failure by 4nannies.com/4HomeHelp.com to issue a user identification number. If we find a charge has been forcefully refunded or charged back, you will be in violation of this agreement. You may cancel your membership at any time, to do so send an email to support@4nannies.com with the receipt issued to you by this site along with your account number and password. Your account will then be canceled at the end of your subscription period. Chargebacks or forced refunds from your account may cause you to be listed in an online fraud database.
If you were never assigned a account number and password due to an error on the part of 4nannies.com/4HomeHelp.com you may either have the charge refunded or we will activate your account and compensate you (with extra time) for any lost time.
4nannies.com/4HomeHelp.com makes every effort to prevent online credit card fraud. 4nannies.com/4HomeHelp.com utilizes Verisign secure credit card billing. We are committed to providing customers with a trusted, secure e-commerce experience. 4nannies.com/4HomeHelp.com utilizes the Address Verification Service (AVS), which requires address matching between the online transaction and the address on record with the issuing bank, to try to reduce fraudulent activity. You must report fraudulent use of your credit card to your issuing bank. Your bank will handle the credit directly with 4nannies.com/4HomeHelp.com and your credit card account will be listed in online fraud databases to prohibit further activity.
COPYRIGHT AND RESPONSIBILITY
I will not sell, redistribute, or copy in any way the contents of this site. I will not allow anyone to use my account number and password. If I do post, I do so at my own risk. I further agree that I will not harvest e-mail addresses. Violation of copyright or intellectual property protections will result in immediate revocation of membership and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent permitted by law.

I will not attempt to bypass any security and/or access features of this site. I understand that telephone numbers, email addresses and web site addresses may be posted in specifically designated fields only and that violation of this security measure can result in the termination of my services.
FORMS REPRODUCTION
